I love living here! Highly recommend. The doormen (especially) Terrence, Jose, & Mervin) are absolutely wonderful and always welcome us home, help with packages, and check in on us. The apartment itself is very spacious, we’ve barely had any issues and maintenance immediately responds when needed. Love it here a lot!
Love living here. The doormen are the life of the building and are a joy to talk to everyday. Only issue so far is that the building has some plumbing issues with the shower drains and toilets but the maintenance team was able to fix the toilet quickly.
This is the best run apartment building I’ve ever lived in, by far. Starting with the doormen and staff. Terrence, Dorjee, and Yash always make me happy to come home with a big smile and welcome. Anything I need, from packages to repairs, is handled quickly. Rental office is also super friendly and competent. They are the gold standard for what landlords should be like.
Jesus came and replaced my AC unit very quickly & efficiently! He was very respectful and did a great job removing the old unit and setting up the new one. Thanks, Jesus!
the concierge team at this building is AMAZING. 24/7 I can always count on the concierge team. Terrence (but better know as T from my roommates and I) is not only a heat fan which makes him an automatic winner but also an amazing human being that makes living in this apartment building even better.
This building is an incredible place to live! The doormen, especially Terrence, who knows everyone on a first name basis and is extremely welcoming, are a huge part in making this building feel like home. Everyone is so friendly and does a wonderful job running the building.
The leasing office is snakey and will try to squeeze every penny out of you. They’re also unorganized, as they lost our lease and keys during the move in process.

Terrence is the most wonderful lobby attendant I have ever met. Be is so accommodating and makes my friends and I feel so safe. Terrence is always there to help when I need anything and he deserves everything!
